A month in, and I keep seeing the same thing at every location: people who genuinely care about doing right by our customers. Thank you for the warm welcome — and for the patience as I learn how sixty-plus years of Finken actually gets done day to day.

What's new at Finken
|
Our new sales system is live. Every lead — phone, web, Angi, walk-in — now lands in one system (HighLevel) and routes to the right team automatically. Sales: keep your opportunities updated the same day; the numbers you see are the numbers leadership sees.

A brand-new finkens.com launches this month. Faster, sharper, built to turn visitors into customers — along with a new contact system that gets each request to the right people immediately.
|
|
Fall is coming — and so is the furnace push. Our fall heating campaign kicks off this month across ads, email, and mailers. If a customer mentions seeing us, pass it along — I love hearing what's landing.
